OUR BACKGROUND
Patt was born into a non-Christian family in Bangkok, Thailand. However, in her teen years her parents frequently encouraged her to go to a Christian church. On December 12, 1980, she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Saviour at Huaw Khwang Baptist Church. She is currently working full time at the Bob Jones University Print Shop and taking textile-design classes.
Our daughter, Bask, completed her undergrad degree in Computer Information Technology and master’s degree in Biblical Counseling from Bob Jones University.
I (Aruj) was born in Bangkok, Thailand and was brought up in a non-Christian family. I was exposed to Christianity from a young age when my parents came to the United States in pursuit of higher education. However, it was only when I was in high school
in Baton Rouge, LA, that I understood what it meant to be a Christian. On December 25, 1985, I accepted Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord of my life and made a commitment to serve Him for the rest of my life.
In 1988, I returned to Thailand to serve the Lord in preaching the gospel to the Thai people. It was during this time that I met my wife (Patt) and we were married in 1989. Later, in 2003, I graduated with a Master of Theology (Th.M.) degree from South Asia Institute of Advanced of Christian Studies (SAIACS) in Biblical Studies concentration in New Testament from Bangalore, India. Then I returned to teach at Bangkok Bible College and Seminary (BBCS) for two years from 2004-2006 before I returned to the States. While pursuing my theological education in California, I had the opportunity to assist the pastor of the Thai Outreach Church in preaching and teaching for four years and to be involved in itinerant preaching among the Thai Churches in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas. I graduated with a Doctor of Ministry degree from Bob Jones University in 2016. The title of my dissertation is “A Manual for Evangelism and Discipleship among Middle Class Thai Buddhists for Western Missionaries.” (click to open)

OUR MINISTRY
By God’s grace, we will return to Thailand to be involved in church planting and discipleship training for church leaders. Our great desire is to reach the Thai people with the gospel of Jesus Christ in obedience to the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).
We are thankful to our sending church, Grace Bible Church, that has helped us grow for evangelism and discipleship.
